Canada West Alumni back to share her love for the game!

Hannah McCorquindale began playing volleyball for Canada West in her 15U season in 2008, just two years after she found a love for the sport. She played for Canada West until her final 18U season where she played middle and left side. She then went on to play for the Medicine Hat College Rattlers from 2014-2016 as an outside hitter, where she began to pursue her career as a teacher.

Hannah has had the opportunity to play as a middle hitter, left side hitter, right side hitter, and for a brief time in her  club season, she trained as a setter. Since she has the experience playing in each of those positions, she has gained a great amount of knowledge of how the game is played in each position, which transfers great into her coaching.

Hannah began coaching volleyball in 2012 at STARS volleyball camps coaching players from grades 1-9. In 2013 she began coaching volleyball camps at Rally Pointe and still continues to do so. She is extremely excited to coach the 15U Girls Blue team, and to share her knowledge and love of the game with her players.
