Renovations / Parking Limitations

Note to all league members:

Please be advised that over the next few weeks there may be some limitations to parking in our lot while we undergo some renovations to our rooftop and drainage system. This will primarily affect the parking spots along the building which will be temporarily fenced off, limiting the number of parking spots we have to offer. Alternatively, if you find the parking lot to be full when you arrive there is additional parking available in the SW corner of the Deerfoot Casino parking lot which is just adjacent our own.

We appreciate your patience while working through this process as we do our best to improve the building.

** DEFAULT POLICY **

An extra $200 charge has been added to the registration fee.  If a team defaults during the season, a $25 gift card will be awarded to each opponent against whom the default occurred ($50 total for 2 matches in a night).
Full or partial amounts not used will be refunded by cheque at the end of the season.
 
If any further amount is owed by the defaulting team at the end of the season, the team will be responsible for paying the difference prior to the start of a new session.
 
Gift cards must be claimed from the staff the evening the default occurs.

We also highly recommend the Facebook page, adult volleyball YYC. Players looking for teams and players wanting to spare on teams can be found on the following PDF File.
Listings more than 1 year old will be cleared from the list and players will need to re-register.

Please e-mail your name, league of interest and availability only if you are comfortable with your e-mail address and/or phone # posted to leagues@rallypointe.com.
We recommend players take the initiative and use this list to form their own teams.

Cancellation Policy:

League entries cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to league start will be fully refunded less a $35 cancellation fee.

Cancellations between 1 and 4 weeks prior to league start are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than 1 week prior to league start will not be refunded.
