Ian began his playing career with Canada West Volleyball Club, the first year Rally Pointe opened in 2002. After playing four years with the club, he began coaching, starting as an assistant coach for the first three years, working with two teams under coaches Bruce Edwards and Greg Ryan (former U of Calgary head coach). 

Ian has spent the last six summers working with our Provincial team program (Four summers as an assistant coach and the last two summers head coaching one of the 16U girls teams). He is excited to share everything he has learned playing and coaching with some of the best coaches in Canada.
