Canada West Volleyball Club is proud to announce Josh Wendel as the new 17U Men’s Head Coach.

Josh is back, in a New role!!!

Josh is fresh out of his college volleyball career and eager to continue his involvement in volleyball as a coach. Moving to Calgary right after college, Josh was contacted immediately by a parent of players he had coached in the past. Josh did not hesitate to jump on this opportunity to become a club volleyball coach. Getting to know young people and build into their lives is what Josh looks forward to most about being a coach.

Coaching at volleyball camps each summer for the past 7 years
4 years as an assistant coach of Caronport High School
1 year as an assistant coach within Canada West Volleyball

Playing Experience:

CCAA Silver Medalist
CCAA Bronze Medalist
ACAC Gold Medalist
ACAC Bronze Medalist
3 time ACAC All Conference player
Briercrest College Athlete of the Year
Has played all positions but setter at the college level
