I have played volleyball since my early days in junior high, from there I went on to play high school volleyball as well as club volleyball for three years. Throughout that time, I also helped coach a few different teams both at Canada West, the Okotoks Volleyball Club and at Bishop Carroll High School where we won the Division 2 City Championship. I am currently a student at Mount Royal University pursuing a degree in criminal justice. Outside of volleyball I am a big fitness advocate, I do crossfit, “sealfit,” and other forms of circuit training. I look to impart some of my knowledge in these areas with the athletes to assist in creating a healthy lifestyle as well a more competitive advantage for any sport. I am very excited to work with and develop the U15 men’s volleyball team at Canada West this year. Volleyball is a large passion of mine, and I look forward sharing that passion and the knowledge I bring to the table with the athletes.
