Johnny is again very excited to be back and coaching the U18 Boys this upcoming year. Primarily staying within Calgary, Johnny has coached at various levels and age groups that span between Junior High to High school and Club volleyball. Success is no stranger to Johnny at the school level, having been a part of multiple championship winning teams and achieving an incredible winning percentage within that time frame. Many of the players Johnny has had the chance to coach have gone on play at the post secondary level and he wants nothing more than to continue that trend.

Johnny is a coach that will have a very strong emphasis on team, and ensuring that his players will always be best prepared to take on any opponent there is. He will make sure all his players have strong fundamentals, as well as the knowledge and practice to execute specific game plans. 

Accomplishments as a coach include:
- NCCP Level 2 Certified 
- 7 years at William Aberhart High School as Assistant Coach and Head Coach for Junior Girls, Junior and Senior Boys (3 City Championships, 2 City Finalists, 2 Top 4 finishes,  Provincial Bronze) 
- 2 years at Calgary Waldorf School as Head Coach for Senior Boys (City Champions, Zones appearance, City Finalists)
- 4 years coaching at Canada West
